Since the inception of our firm in 1975, prompt and personal customer service has always
been our number one priority. We don't use a "shopping cart" because we are not a MegaMart: we want our transactions
with our customers to be as personal and interactive as possible. We find that actually talking -- whether on the phone or
via email -- deepens relationships and enables us to be of better service to our valued clients.
