Since the inception of our firm in 1975, prompt and personal customer
service has always been our number one priority. We don't use a "shopping cart" because we are not a MegaMart: we
want our transactions with our customers to be as personal and interactive as possible. We find that actually talking -- whether
on the phone or via email -- deepens relationships and enables us to be of better service to our valued clients.
We welcome orders by old-fashioned mail (we are stamp dealers, after all), fax, phone or email. We usually ship orders on the same day that they are
received. We never divulge any of our customers' personal information to anyone.
